The Page inspects his wand as if he has never seen one before — everything is interesting and nothing is mastered yet. This is the card of beginner energy: the research trip, the first draft, the course booked on impulse. It is genuinely valuable energy, as long as you know it is the start and not the substance.
Reversed, the enthusiasm curdles into procrastination or into starting a great many things and finishing none. It can also bring a message you did not want. The correction is to pick one thread and follow it to the end before the next idea arrives.
A flirtation, a new connection with an exploratory feel, or news about a relationship. Reversed, it points to mixed signals or to someone who is interested until something better appears.
Learning, apprenticeship, the beginning of a craft. Good for training and for trying things. Reversed, it warns about a pattern of starting without finishing.
Small money news, or an opportunity you are not yet qualified to judge. Reversed, avoid committing funds to something you have only just heard about.
